Once !23 (merged) gets merged, you should add the patches to both the patches directory for 6.6 as well as for 6.7.
Maybe !24 (closed) should be closed in favour of this one?
As I've already commented in !24 (closed), please add authorship information via patch headers and do not delete the existing authorship information.
As for compiling CONFIG_DRM as a built-in, please consider adding a comment next to it, so that we can easily revert this later once the issue gets fixed upstream (famous last words).
Also, it looks as if some of the commits can/should be merged together as one commit is a fixup for the next? This makes inspecting history later easier.
