Fix jumpy keyboard backlight adjustment

Two commits. The first just makes the backlight pwm setup code a bit more obvious, and the second actually applies the fix I came up with.

This is marked as a draft MR, because I would like someone with more hardware experience to validate that my changes to the pwm configuration can't harm the hardware in the long term. Testing on my own hardware shows a very nice improvement, though. The backlight adjustment is now precise and accurate.
