Waybar / Reform Tray Update

• change launcher label "Run" to MNT logo, add tooltip and instructions
• reform-tray: change icon to "view-more-symbolic" (vertical line of 3 dots)
• reform-tray: clean up and reorder menu more logically
• reform-tray: remove superfluous volume control item
