miscellaneous fixes that we talked about on irc and in the forum

• etc/profile.d/reform.sh: remove call to unicode_start as its functionality is provided automatically by console-setup
• etc/motd-rescue: adjust message to not specifically talk about eMMC, SDcard or NVMe anymore
• etc/motd: use reform-tools date in message
• etc/profile.d/reform.sh: export MOZ_ENABLE_WAYLAND and _JAVA_AWT_WM_NONREPARENTING
• sbin/reform-flash-rescue: check all mmcblk0 partitions in a loop before proceeding
• add reform-check utility
• sbin/reform-migrate: expand usage message
• sbin/reform-setup-encrypted-nvme: mount to tmpdir instead of /mnt
