system-controller: add new driver to replace lpc for devices with next-gen dts

This new driver requires the compatible "mntre,system-controller" in DTS for devices that offer System Controller API v4, as in pocket-reform!86

  • TODO this is branched off another unmerged branch that contains reform-power-daemon improvements
  • TODO the new driver should be moved to reform-debian-packages and built in-tree in the kernel, and must be included in initramfs for the pocket reform display to work, as mnt-sc is now a GPIO provider for the display panel reset.
    • this is not yet activated in the pocket .dtbs in reform-debian-packages
