reform2-lpc: support LPC API V3 with result checksums

MNT Pocket Reform (and soon classic MNT Reform) system controller firmware >= 20260315 stores a simple checksum in the last byte of responses. This is used to make sure the values reported from the SC/LPC are reliable.
