Draft: Add support for QUASAR QCS8550

Some things need to be decided:

  • model name in device tree: MNT Reform 2 with QUASAR QCS8550 Module?
  • device tree file path: qcom/qcs8550-mnt-reform2.dtb?
  • u-boot project name: reform-qcs8550-uboot?

Some things need to be found out:

  • is there emmc? can it be used?
  • can it load u-boot from sd-card in addition to emmc?
  • does it use a boot0 partition for u-boot or straight onto the main device?
  • should it warn when flashing u-boot to emmc? is it dangerous?
  • name of emmc/sd (mmcblk0/mmcblk1)
