alsa ucm: enable microphone in profile for rk3588 pocket/next

  • note that there's a bunch of digital noise on the input, which does not appear with direct (in-DAC/ADC) monitoring of the mic. we need to either filter this by extending the driver to enable the DSP filter function registers, or take a closer look at the I2S setup in devicetree / take a look at the bits.
