Draft: Update reform-check to work with Void linux

I've added distro detection to reform-check. If it detects that the running system is Void linux, I'm skipping an bunch of checks and added alternative checks for others. It might not be perfect but it's better than nothing.

I'm a little torn between this solution and making a whole new script so that each distro maintainer can just manage their own script, but I have very little experience in making those types of decisions so I'm curious what you think.
