initramfs-tools/hooks/reform: document how this hook must not get out-of-sync with the hook in reform-system-image

This is similar to Google's shell style defined in
https://google.github.io/styleguide/shellguide.html

Users might need to unlock an encrypted disk or disagnose a boot issue.
That's difficult to do with unreadable text.

Refactor codebase to make use of config files instead of letting every
script re-implement the same logic over and over again.

With this commit, eight boards are supported:

 - MNT Reform 2
 - MNT Reform 2 HDMI
 - MNT Reform 2 with BPI-CM4 Module
 - MNT Reform 2 with LS1028A Module
 - MNT Reform 2 with RCORE RK3588 Module
 - MNT Reform 2 with i.MX8MP Module
 - MNT Pocket Reform with BPI-CM4 Module
 - MNT Pocket Reform with i.MX8MP Module

Since at least 6.1, manually modprobing in the initramfs is not
necessary anymore to get the display up early.

This is essential for bringing up new SoMs

install /usr/share/initramfs-tools/scripts/init-top/reform as a temporary workaround to mxsfb producing a blank screen on roughly 50% of boots
