mkuserland3: kde: remove kde-standard clutter, instead add missing apps

• add apt-file to base system
• kde-standard includes a lot of mail and notes related packages that clutter the sway launcher. remove it.
• add missing kde apps for network manager, brightness (powerdevil), plasma-discover (but without recommended packages, because these include auto-upgrades)
