Fixes typo in sway config skeleton

Hanno Perrey requested to merge doctorhoo/reform-system-image:swaycfg_typo_fix into main

I noticed a typo in the input section of the sway config skeleton that this MR fixes: "level3:ralt_switch" in the xkb_options should be "lv3:ralt_switch" instead (according to 'man 7 xkeyboard-config'). With that, e.g. 'eurosign:e' works as expected.
