Run chromium in wayland mode

For wayland desktop integration (eg. idle inhibit while playing video) chromuim needs to run in wayland mode, not under xwayland.

This options enables the feature.

Potentially this can crash on some platforms. It is not the default, and not widely tested. There were issues reported in the past.
