Install more firmware, regulatory db

Chris Hofstaedtler requested to merge zeha/reform-system-image:bt-qca-firmware into main

firmware-atheros is for Bluetooth on the imx8mp SOM. The necessary firmware file is qca/rampatch_00230302.bin.

firmware-mediatek is for MT7612U which is the WiFi module sold by MNT as part of the Pocket Reform upgrade bundle.

The wireless regulatory.db is relevant for all Linux systems with WiFi connectivity.
