add a /etc/kernel/postinst.d hook to auto-update this package

minute requested to merge binary-deb-autoupdate into binary-deb

Because we are not using DKMS / haven't figured out binary DKMS packages yet, we have to ensure that people get an updated WiFi driver when they upgrade their kernel package.
