Build a Debian source package and then build with sbuild

  • use SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH
  • build creates .buildinfo for reproducible builds
  • fix lucie's name and mail
  • fix archive section to be non-free
  • build with sbuild inside a clean chroot
  • gitlab pipeline is fixed again
  • build with trixie
