some drive-by improvements

  • install-fw-dependencies.sh: do not require apt 2.7.0 for the --update option
  • pocket-reform-sysctl-fw/src/sysctl.c: add code comments to avoid having to look up the register bits in the MP2650 manual
  • install-fw-dependencies.sh: do not mix strings and arrays, see https://www.shellcheck.net/wiki/SC2145
