ARM: zynq: Remove ZYNQ_BOOT_FREEBSD option 


Remove CONFIG_ZYNQ_BOOT_FREEBSD configuration option and setup
CONFIG_SYS_MMC_MAX_DEVICE 1 for all Zynq boards.
