ltch: fix displays detection

GPIO to enable bus is shifted by 8, so if want to reset the TCA9546 the
display for each detection the syntax should be:
VD_DT070BTFT(LVDS, board_fbp_detect_i2c, GP_I2C1_TCA9546_RESET << 8, 0x38)
