mpc85xx: 8536ds: Add USB related CONFIGs 


This patch adds CONFIGs for enabling USB in mpc8536ds and also
adds usb_phy_type in CONFIG_EXTRA_ENV_SETTINGS. Also revamps its
Copyright.
