Move global '#ifdef CONFIG_xxx .... #endif' out of the .c files and into the COBJS-$(CONFIG_xxx) in the Makefile. Also delete unused var in kgdb code in the process. Signed-off-by:Mike Frysinger <vapier@gentoo.org>
