For release builds, I imagine the process should be like this:
Update description-release.html with whatever text you want to have,
commit it, then tag a release and build off that tag.

The firmware side header (mntre_reset_priv.h) should in the future be
shared between sysctl and hid. reset_interface.* maybe too.
