Motherboard 2.5 can draw between 75 and 88 W when the batteries are empty and the system is under load

Since motherboard 2.5 the system can draw amounts of power that go well beyond the MeanWell GST60A24-P1J 60 W adapter that comes with the Reform and will result in the system not charging at all as the PSU refuses to deliver that much. This seems to be a new problem with motherboard 2.5 and was not an issue with motherboard 2.0.

There is a delayed charging patch for the lpc: http://dump.mntmn.com/mb25_lpc_charge_delay.patch

Ultimately, it would be nice to be able to control or limit the charging rate and thus the power draw so that 60 W adapters can work with the reform.
