extends power-save/balanced/performance profiles with custom reform- ones that
tuned-ppd config to map reform- profiles to their parents' names, so they can be selected i.e. in GNOME system menu (via d-bus)
sets GPU governor and freq for rk3588/panthor depending on the three profiles

keyboard backlight integration
thoroughly test on pocket, esp. confirm it helps with brownout reset like reform-power-daemon
