Bring up DSI (with SN65DSI86 and/or panel)

This is mainly for classic MNT Reform, but could also be used for Next.

  • SN65DSI86 is detected over I2C
  • DP PLL link fails, need to figure out why
  • try sn65dsi86 color bar test mode (that can confirm timings are right)
  • try the pocket reform display panel directly instead
