pocket reform u-boot fixes for `$fdtfile`

  • instead of shipping the whole header, apply a patch
  • make sure to build known-good commit b0e908b1ecbd5762e6cbab30c4c43debd273886e instead of latest HEAD
  • set $fdtfile to CONFIG_DEFAULT_FDT_FILE
  • set CONFIG_DEFAULT_FDT_FILE to choose the correct dtb per platform
