build patched packages with a date-based version suffix

  • switch from Bookworm -> Trixie (Use unstable image until this is fixed: https://salsa.debian.org/debian/sbuild/-/merge_requests/172)
  • build_patched.sh: add version suffix based on SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH -> Set SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH to the date of the last commit of the respective patch.
  • patches/flash-kernel: add patch to fix #1102690 or otherwise upgrading the kernel at the same time with flash-kernel might skip the flash-kernel run
