Draft: linux: patch rk3588-mnt-reform2.dts instead of overwriting

This is for rk3588 what !84 (merged) is for imx8mq and what !94 (merged) is for a311d.

Mark as draft until rk3588 development stabilized enough as it did for imx8mq and a311d. While rk3588 is a moving target, shipping a vendored copy makes development easier.
