Rebase/Port patches for Linux 6.14

  • linux: rebase patches for 6.14, rebuild rk3588 stack with new stuff

Tested good with the following device/module combos:

  • Reform with RK3588 (DSI display mode)
    • hdptx spams log with "Discarded unsupported bpc: 0" -> patched
  • Reform with RK3588 (Internal HDMI display mode)
    • blank internal display on first test
  • Reform with A311D
  • Reform with LS1028A
    • crashes at the end of poweroff, but known bug
  • Reform with iMX8MQ
    • PCIe controller pcie0 absent (the one with internal refclk)
    • doesn't load reform2_lpc
    • both of these happened because we now patch upstream dts and i was missing those patches.
  • Pocket Reform with RK3588 (Display V1)
  • Pocket Reform with RK3588 (Display V2)
  • Pocket Reform with A311D (Display V1)
  • Pocket Reform with A311D (Display V2)
    • DSI display v2 flickers sometimes. -> anti-AFBC patch was missing
  • Pocket Reform with iMX8MPlus (Display V1)
    • but there's some etnaviv regression? neverball + glxgears don't look right -> confirmed by austriancoder as mesa bug, will be fixed independently
  • Pocket Reform with iMX8MPlus (Display V2)
